A recent clinical study has proven the bifidogenic effect of Actilight® in infants. It has also shown an increase in immunity following vaccination. Enriched milk was as well tolerated as standard milk. 

This study was led in France in healthy infants from 4 days to 4 months of life. 

 

Fructo-oligosaccharides have been used in infant and follow-on formulae in Japan and Europe for more than 20 years.
