Actilight® is composed of 95% short chain fructo-oligosaccharides (scFOS). scFOS are instant soluble and non viscous fibres of vegetable origin.
Actilight® has a taste profile and a rheology similar to sucrose. It is a flavour enhancer and generates no Maillard reaction.
