Actilight® soluble fibre is easy to use and does not modify the biscuit's texture nor the manufacturing process. The recipe also includes a blend of proteins optimised to ensure a good behaviour during the process and a pleasant aspect (regular shape and surface).
The biscuit is rich in cranberries as the dough contains 12% fruit (by weight). Combined with the cranberry flavour, Actilight®'s clean sweet taste and flavour enhancing effect create a real, indulgent fruit experience.
